New for Reel Time Fishing Charters in 2020, a new boat for a new season of charters that will include 3 different Scenic and Wildlife Tours in addition to our already famous fishing charters. For now, I wish to speak about the latest edition to our company, a 26ft Hourston Glascraft with Command Bridge. This has always been the boat of my dreams. The hull has the same famous design as the 23 Sedan (deep V with 21 degrees dead rise). Its what makes these boats so efficient and seaworthy. Though it is not podded like our previous boat (it has an inboard/outboard 350 MerCruiser), the boat rides like an old Fleetwood Cadillac — it is smooth and solid. Some other fine features are the heated cabin, galley (sink, fridge and table), a stand-up head (bathroom), lots of deck space and an upper deck for an amazing view and ride. The boat also features a three cylinder 25hp Suzuki for the kicker, a much quieter motor than the usual 9.9 or 15 hp kickers most charter boats use.
