Halibut Fishing has been steady off the many of the banks in Ucluelet. We caught these two on the Inside Lighthouse Bank. Halibut are also being caught on many of the other banks such as Long Beach, the Wreck, and Big Bank. Trolling the bottom, drifting or anchoring with either salmon bellies, squid, mackerel or berkley power bait can be very effective.
